Polyether ether ketone (PEEK) is a colourless, organic, crystalline thermoplastic polymer in the polyaryletherketone (PAEK) family, used in engineering applications.  PEEK™ offers excellent thermal and chemical resistant properties and outstanding resistance to abrasion and dynamic fatigue.  It is recommended for electrical components where a combination of high continuous service temperature (480°F) with very low emission of smoke and toxic fumes on exposure to flame is required.

By using high speed spindles capable of turning at 30,000 RPM, tightly controlled work envelopes and cutting edge work holding systems, CCT Precision can machine thermoplastic components from the most simple part to the most intricate part on any of the 25+ machines in our facility.
