Original Effective Date: 01/08/2023
Revised: 07/20/2026 Revision 2
Applies to: cctprecision.com and all commercial dealings with CCT Precision, LLC
Welcome to the website of CCT Precision, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using this website located at https://www.cctprecision.com (“Site”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our Site.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Site, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.
2. Quality Management System
CCT Precision maintains a Quality Management System certified to AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015. Our quality policy, certification status, and supplier requirements are maintained under that system.
CCT Precision monitors the ongoing revision of these standards — including the forthcoming IA9100 series and ISO 9001:2026 — and will transition within the applicable transition periods. Certificates are available on request at quality@cctprecision.com.
3. ITAR and DoD Compliance
CCT Precision complies with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR, 22 CFR 120–130), the Export Administration Regulations (EAR, 15 CFR 730–774), and applicable Department of Defense security requirements. Accordingly:
- The Site and its contents are not intended for use by non-U.S. persons.
- Export of any technical data, specifications, or designs is strictly prohibited unless authorized under ITAR or EAR.
- By using this Site, you affirm that you are a U.S. Person as defined in 22 CFR §120.62 and are not a person prohibited from receiving controlled technical data under U.S. law, and that you are not a denied, debarred, or sanctioned party under any U.S. Government list.
- Any submission or inquiry involving export-controlled information must be handled through secure, ITAR-compliant channels — do not transmit controlled technical data, drawings, or models through the Site’s public forms or through unencrypted email. Contact us first to arrange a secure transfer method.
Warning: Unauthorized export or sharing of controlled data may result in civil or criminal penalties under U.S. law.
4. Website Usage and Intellectual Property
- All content, logos, designs, graphics, and materials on this Site are the exclusive property of CCT Precision and are protected under U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.
- You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent from CCT Precision.
- Automated scraping, data mining, or use of Site content to train machine learning models is prohibited without prior written consent.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to restricted areas of the Site or systems.
- Transmit or upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
- Interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the Site.
- Submit export-controlled technical data through public forms in violation of Section 3.
6. Suppliers, Vendors, and External Providers
This Section applies to any party that supplies products, processes, or services to CCT Precision.
6.1 All purchases by CCT Precision are governed by CCT Precision Supplier Terms and Conditions, Document CCT-QP-750 (current revision), which is incorporated by reference into every CCT Precision purchase order and is available at https://www.cctprecision.com/supplier-terms or on request from purchasing@cctprecision.com.
6.2 Acceptance of a CCT Precision purchase order — by written acknowledgment, commencement of performance, or delivery — constitutes acceptance of the Supplier Terms and Conditions in their entirety. Any additional or different terms proposed by a supplier in a quotation, acknowledgment, or invoice are expressly rejected.
6.3 Because CCT Precision operates an AS9100D / ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, suppliers are required, among other obligations set out in CCT-QP-750, to:
- maintain an appropriate quality management system and any certifications or accreditations specified on the purchase order;
- grant right of access to CCT Precision, CCT Precision’s customers, and regulatory authorities to applicable facilities and records at any level of the supply chain;
- obtain written approval before changing product, process, manufacturing location, sub-tier supplier, or material source;
- notify CCT Precision of nonconforming product and obtain approval for its disposition;
- prevent, detect, and report counterfeit parts;
- ensure personnel are aware of their contribution to product conformity, their contribution to product safety, and the importance of ethical behavior;
- retain quality records for the period specified on the purchase order (minimum ten years); and
- flow down all applicable requirements to sub-tier suppliers.
6.4 In the event of a conflict between these website Terms and Document CCT-QP-750 with respect to a purchase order, CCT-QP-750 and the face of the purchase order control.
6.5 Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer to purchase, an approval to supply, or a guarantee of placement on CCT Precision’s Approved Supplier List. Supplier approval is granted only in writing by CCT Precision Purchasing and Quality.
7. Requests for Quote and Customer Orders
7.1 Quotations issued by CCT Precision are valid for the period stated on the quotation and are subject to review of complete and current technical data.
7.2 Information submitted through the Site’s contact or RFQ forms is treated as non-confidential unless a confidentiality agreement is in place. Do not submit proprietary or export-controlled data through public forms — contact us to establish a secure channel first (see Section 3).
7.3 Sales of products and services by CCT Precision are governed by CCT Precision’s quotation, order acknowledgment, and any applicable master agreement, not by these Site Terms.
8. Google Analytics and Data Tracking
We use Google Analytics to improve user experience and website performance. Google Analytics collects anonymized traffic data, which may include:
- IP address (anonymized where applicable)
- Browser and device type
- Referring URLs and site usage
By using this Site, you consent to such processing in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with applicable U.S. privacy laws, including requirements related to DoD and ITAR data handling.
10. Disclaimers
- The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- We do not guarantee the Site will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
- Product descriptions, capability statements, tolerances, and capacity information on the Site are general in nature and do not constitute a warranty. Specific requirements are governed by the applicable quotation and order documents.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CCT Precision shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site.
12. External Links

Continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. Revisions to the Supplier Terms and Conditions (CCT-QP-750) are controlled separately under our Quality Management System; the revision in effect on the date of a purchase order governs that order.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas, USA.
