Ryton® / Techtron® / PPS (polyphenylene sulfide) products are among the most dimensionally stable thermoplastics on the market.   These products offer the broadest resistance to chemicals of any high performance plastic. They have no known solvents below 392°F, are inert to steam, are compatible with common sterilization techniques, and can be machined to tight tolerances.  These materials are also inert to strong bases, fuels and acids, making them perform well in highly corrosive and high temperature environments.  Minimal moisture absorption and a very low coefficient of linear thermal expansion along with stress-relieving processes make these PPS products ideally suited for precise-tolerance machined components. In addition, PPS products exhibit excellent electrical characteristics and are inherently flame retardant. PPS is ideally suited for plastic components in automotive, electrical, appliance and and industrial applications.

By using high speed spindles capable of turning at 30,000 RPM, tightly controlled work envelopes and cutting edge work holding systems, CCT Precision can machine components from the most simple part to the most intricate part on any of the 25+ machines in our facility.
